What This Is For

So I've been wanting to keep track of my training and races into one spot for a while, and now I've decided to put it all in a different blog.  I'm going to attempt to move my past posts from the family blog that were about my races onto here, but we shall see if that I have the proper motivation to do it!

Anyway, I'm excited to put some more mental effort into my training!  I do love running and staying fit, but it's easy for me to get lazy and sometimes I just need a little more motivation!
